Kent RO — Complaint regarding defective design, unsafe construction, repeated product failure, and deficiency in service Kent Maxx UVproduct

Kent Maxx UV purifier purchased in May 2024 suffered two dangerous crashes due to a defective wall-mounting design—first in March 2025 during warranty, causing a head injury and months of headaches, and again in November 2025 after warranty, narrowly avoiding harm to a toddler. Technicians confirmed this is a known but unaddressed flaw. Despite repeated failures and safety risks, Kent refused support after warranty expiry. I have already incurred expenses and faces damage to the unit. Repeated calls and mails to Kent RO have been met with indifference
