Address: KENT RO Systems Ltd. E-6, 7 & 8, Sector-59, Noida-201 309, Uttar Pradesh, India.

ITEM BOUGHT IN NOVEMBER'22 AND IT IS NOW AUGUST '23 (9 MONTHS) WITH NO OUTPUT.

I Bought an 8L softener on November 22. Since that time it has not worked, we took time to understand this issue and then launched service calls. At one point on March, 23 somebody came and started a trial-and-error process for months together and finally found the synchronous motor was not working properly.
Now, waiting for the spare motor for almost one month.
Nobody from the local office is responding to calls or messages. On the other hand, the warranty period of 12 months is getting over soon.

    I bought Kent RO on 26/07/2022 . I raised a complaint on 26/07/2023 regarding continous beep in RO. Technician came on the same day and didnt replace the filters but only told that filters are blocked and he will replace it afterwards as the same does not require replacement. Technician who attended was Hemant-[protected] case no[protected].
    Again I raised complaint on 07/08/2023 complaint no[protected]vwhen the RO unit got completely shutdown. The same technician visited and said now filter needs replacement and was told expenditure of Rs 5000. I have even talked to area manager Mr. Dharmendra. But they all seem to be corrupt.

    It may please be noted that my unit was under warranty on day 1 on my complaint whereas the filters didnt got replaced at that time.

    This is really not expected from such a big organization.

      Sir, I want to tell you that in October the technician told that the filter is bad and needs to be replaced. For which money was asked by the technician and wrong information was given that there is no warranty in the filter. The technician came again and was told by him that the filter has a guarantee of three months. The company is fully responsible for this.
      I called the technician from the registered toll free number of Cantt in October, if it is not recorded anywhere in your record, then what is the fault of the customer. If someone is providing local service in the name of your company, then what is the fault of the customer in this, then the company should take it into consideration.

      How many times have I spoken to you, (Kent )your saying sorry will not compensate for my loss, please make proper arrangements to compensate for my loss.

        Request[protected] is assigned to RAM-[protected] Engineer will visit on 13/07/2023 tentatively at 03:47 PM. Complaint registered on 13/07/2023 at 09.03am. Received call of engineer at 11.40am for location inquiry from Mobile no +[protected]. Thereafter Mobile was found switched off. Given land line no is wrong. Now customer care no simply reply problem will be resolved with 24 hours. How it is possible when no response from anybody. Spending on mineral waters.

          Most humbly and respectfully I want to say that I have bought your product Kent Ro Grand star and I have registered service request through Kent Ro app ..technician does not come to my house and in app it shows that your problem has been resolved...How it is possible...that the technician know the OTP that are sent to my mobile...The problem in Kent ro is uv failure

            Mis-Selling of Kent Water Purifier

            I have purchased Kent RO Ace machine in Aug'22.Within 3 months it was showing issue. I have given the complaint to customer care and they have sent the local franchisee agent which was not equipped with knowledge and said the machine is ok without opening the parts. I requested him to change the filters probably not working fine.

            Prior to Kent i have used aquaguard high-end models since last 15yrs and amazing service however the first time kent machine & service is pathetic.

            I have to chase with service engineer for more than 2 weeks and now they are asking me money to repair it.The first engineer asked 4600 for membrane/kit changes & second engineer said 1100.

            Have purchased the product 10 months back and since then facing issue with local service providers.

            THEY AE LOOTING CUSTOMERS.THUS PLS DONT BUT KENT RO EVERRRRR...SINCERE SUGGESTION.

              I filed a service request for under warranty product for low water flow. The service person came and said install an exterior candle filter. I refused as it was not of kent. The technician intentionally damaged sediment filter and now that water flow stopped completely they are misbehaving and abusing ladies. Even after complaining on given contact no. Their response is jo karna hai karlo.

              If this is service for under warranty I wonder what will be after warranty is over.

                We purchased Kent Ro in the month of August 2022 and facing an issue. After logging the complaint the engineer came to our home but did not touch the Kent as we did not had warranty card which the dealer did not give. However i had a bill but the engineer and his team did the accept and refused to give service. Dealer is no longer picking u the call and i don't have the warranty card i have only the bill. The Kent team asked me to pay for the service and also for the part even though it's under warranty

                  The Technician came without any tools to open and he was asking the tools from Me and when I denied that I don’t have any tools he just left to his office again to fetch them.
                  When I asked you came Here without any tools he informed that I can only replace the things I cannot open or repair anything.

                    My Kent RO is not working and I have registered a Complaint to Kent RO service The person came to attend the filter didn’t even bring tools with him He is saying that either you provide the tools or I have to go again and fetch the tools from my office and again vanished.

                      Hi,
                      I purchased a brand new KENT GRAND (RO+UV) water filter. I got it serviced last month as I was facing the issue. I was charged Rs 4500+ by TP Services (authorized KENT service center) on 23rd April 2023 .

                      Just after one month, again am facing issue. The filter is not intaking any water.

                      I believe I have been supplied with poor / Fraudulent components.

                        Faulty service by technician damaged the parts

                        I had booked a service request with Kent on 11th of April, request number[protected] . The assigned engineer was CHIDAMBARAM, but the visiting engineer was Mr Venkatesh.
                        He diagnosed the issue as some filter burst and replaced the filters and went, shortly within a hour there was water overflowing and again I called Mr Venkatesh and he came and patched up something and said it was just loose connection. The glass panel started showing...

                        I repaired my Kent pearl RO from expert solution Jind on 19 May 2023. Bill of amount rupees 1800 is attached. Problem was resolved on that day but yesterday again water leakage was started from the tank. Then I call to expert solution jind and they sent mechanic saini ( mob no- [protected]) today in afternoon. His behaviour is very rude and un professional. He broked outer filter unit and went from there after arguments. Then I called to expert solutions but no one pick the phone.
                        Arrange for the exchange of filter unit or pay for the unnecessary damage. Take necessary action against the employee so that prestige of the company will not fade.

                            We have been using kent ro sterling plus model for the past 4 years and it is pathetic. They have over charged n number of times for the past and we have faced multiple issue every month related to ro not working .

                              I have a problem with the egg boiler bought about 6 months ago from Amazon and service engineer is refusing to visit my residence and the service centre is 25 kms away which is ridiculous for such a big company.I cannot leave my practice for an egg boiler .

                                I recently purchased AMC for my Kent RO.
                                Now when raising service request, the app is taking a fictitious address and so the service guy is not visiting.
                                There is no option to talk to a human as all contact numbers either have sales option or the service option disconnects after telling to contact via WhatsApp. WhatsApp is a bot that only respond on status, else no other option.
                                Don't know if the is a corporate scam or i am being punished for purchasing AMC.

                                  The items produced by KENT RO are the worst products. The technicians as well as the service centre do not prioritize over the CUSTOMERs. So, I suggest you not to buy any product of KENT. I have bought a new model of KENT RO (cost approx. Rs. 18, 000/- from KAMALIA shop of my local city Ranchi) but I face problems in the Item more than 6 times so far (within 6 months). I have been fade up after complaining several times within 6 months (from Feb. 2023 to Aug., 2023).
