Kent RO — Complaint regarding service | |||
I have Kent Grand plus model. I logged a complaint thru customer service. Then 1st visit of engineer told need to replace the part-1, same part replaces 2 days gone the same issue coming filter not working then calling to engineer not respond...Then 2nd call log engineer has visited again another part replace the same issue coming again...Then 3rd call logged again another part replace the same issue again fourth-time time visit he replaces another part it's working slowly and intermediate issue coming then case is closed by the company without any validation...in last 2 month I losses my 8000 money in ghatia kent RO due to kent sending an unprofessional engineer to the site, the engineer and ghatia dealer have no idea 💡 where is the issue in the machine they replace every part and taken 8000 but still not working properly..at first I already said to engineer and dealer pls estimate the issue and spare prise how much required for investment if it's going to 5000 plus then I am not doing the same but fake dealer, customer service and the engineer said us this time this issue is short out but at last in 2 month I already invest 8000.now also still coming intermediate issue...and customer care denied for the same...and company also provide 3 month warranty in part...so I don't want to replace part pls give my money back and give me compensation for waiting my time and energy Was this information helpful? | |||
