We are using kent grand plus machine for last 2 years.We have purchased the water purifier from Muskan Enterprise, Vadodara, Gujarat. At the time of purchase the dealer had deputed Mr. Kishor as the service engineer whose contact details was given to us for contact purpose for any service related complains. Last week we had some problem with the machine and so we called the service engineer Mr. Kishor to get it repaired.After giving him continuous reminders he turned up on 09th May. We were told that the spare parts need to be changed and hence we ended up spending Rs.1300/- to change them. Next day itself we observed that the machine was not working properly. Earlier it took about 45-50 minutes to purify the water but now it is taking almost 2-2.5 hours and also the consumption of water for purification is also more.On 12th of May we made a call to the same service engineer Mr. Kishor to register the complain. He had told us that he will make a visit and will sort out the matter but till date he has not turned up. After that also we had called him several times but except from giving verbal assurance that he will turn up, he hasn't till date turned up and is not bothered to resolve the issue.
We request you to kindly look into the matter and take some action regarding the same.
