I ordered a Kent 7 Ltr Ace RO UV UF on 13 Dec 15.
Since early Jan 17 the RO unit has been leaking as the power is switched ON.
I complained on customer care number, the engineer visited after a delay of significat delays. On inspecting he said that the membrane has cracked for no fault of the user and it needs to be replaced which costs around 2500/- Rs which has to be paid by me.
It is such an irresponsible behaviour by Kent towards its customers.
I request you to kindly raise the issue and kindly sort this problem. Since otherwise I have lost all faith in Kent products and its services. And will subsequently raise this irresponsible behaviour on part of KENT which claims to be number 1 water purifier company on various other consumer platforms.
