I purchased a Kent RO water purifier on 26/08/2024 through the e-commerce website Amazon (Order No.[protected]. The product was sold with a 4-year free service warranty as advertised by Kent.
However, within just two months o[censored]se, the purifier began malfunctioning repeatedly. Despite multiple service visits by Kent technicians, the issue remains unresolved, and the product continues to be non-functional. This has caused significant inconvenience and has affected the regular supply of safe drinking water in my household.
I have made several attempts to get the issue resolved through Kent’s customer support and service requests, but no permanent solution has been provided so far. The repeated failures within such a short duration clearly indicate poor product quality and deficient after-sales service.
I therefore request the Hon’ble Consumer Forum to kindly direct Kent RO Systems Ltd. to provide an appropriate remedy — either replacement of the defective product, refund of the purchase amount, or compensation for the inconvenience and repeated service failures. Was this information helpful? |
