We have installed (Kent Ace Plus 8 L RO + UV+ UF + TDS Water Purifier ) invoice dated 08.06.2020 during the peak of Pandemic, and it is full of malfunction, even though after regular service of this product I faced lots of problems. In a very short span of time the motor failed and it had been replaced in May 2021 just one month before expiration of warranty. In July 2021 suddenly, I saw as the warranty period expired, the machine became faulty. Then I raised a request for service then an attendant/technician visited and recommended, you have to replace all these parts to the machine and make a quotation for Rs. 6500/- (Copy enclosed).I had purchased it for Rs. 16, 000 approx right before a year. I have to bear this cost more within a year, they had not conveyed any issues like this when the product was in warranty. As the product is out of warranty, it is recommended to change all these parts and the motor which had been replaced a month ago also wants to be changed because of not giving the right pressure. Means every quarter i have to bear almost 10, 000 to 15, 000/- per quarter, wheather having 3 years of service remaining. Very Pathetic service, making money rather than giving better services. Very disappointed.
Hence, it is therefore requested that the Kent team must pay attention towards resolving all my issues and make my Kent RO re-operational.
I intent to raise the issue in a consumer court if no concrete action is initiated at your end. Hope prompt action would be initiated and the machine would be made functional at an earliest. Was this information helpful? |
