[Resolved] Kent RO — delivered defective kent pearl product | |||
Please do not buy kent ro purifier, very worst customer service. I paid 17000rs and bought kent pearl, during installation service person found water is leaking inside the machine due to broken connectors. Without informing us service person trying to change the part with duplicate piece and when i asked for the replacement with area manager he is saying all products will come with minor defects and service person will rectify it and replacement is not possible. Later he asked me to talk with service person/manager as he is only sales manager. Service manager is again saying only sales manager is having authority to replace but he clearly saying company won't replace. So they are selling defective product and customers are fools to spend 17000rs to buy and live with defective products. Was this information helpful? | |||
