[Resolved] Kent RO — engineer not came till now

Engineer visit was scheduled yesterday but he did not visit till now. He did not even inform us that he is not coming. I called him many times but he did not pick the phone. This is very irritating. I am very unsatisfied with this kind of service and behaviour. Very unprofessional behaviour. I will not buy any kent product in futur

After 2.5 years Kent RO motor is leaking.
I have been asked to replace motor worth ₹2400/-. Can't be the motor serviced. In addition to this, technician bought oasis company motor without pack and asked to use this instead. Asked price double than the actual MRP of the oasis company motor.
