Sir,
i have registered for routine service of my kent RO on dtd 05/04/2022 with case id[protected] and technician visited on 07/04/2022 and changed RO membrane, carbon filter and sediment filter and charged me Rs 4000.
Earlier my filtered water was clear but after service it appear cloudy with particles in water but techinician said it will clear after 2 to 3 complete filtration but when it didn't clear even after 2 days I talked to technician but he didn't respond properly. Then I called on helpline they again registered my complain with case id[protected] on 11/42022 then same techinician again visit on 12/4/2022 he tried to solve the problem but at last he said there is some problem in new parts. He said he will complain to company about it and will return soon with solution.
Now after my service on 07/4/2022 it's almost one week and I have to arrange water from outside even after spending 4000 rupees. No body is responding properly.
I have such a bad experience from kent.
