Kent RO — FAULTY KENT RO GIVEN AND MECHANIC ATTENTED MORE THAN 15 TIMES | |
Dear Kent I am varun kakkar from Jalandhar city punjab. My contact no. is [protected]. I had purchased Kent RO from authorized distributor in Jalandhar . I have made complaint around 15 times that RO stop to work by itself. They change the green color piece in it and some times the UV lamp. Sometime the RO starts discharging water itself in the day too even when we do not drain water and sometimes the taste of water is very bitter. I have made complaint to Kent mechanic and service station to replace piece as it is faulty but service locator does not look after my voice now what is the solution from kent. Kent can even check my previous records of complaint made. Kindly look after sigma kent care. I have been such frustrated.
