Dear Sir,
On Jan 7th 2021 kent Technician came & replace spare parts which include RIO filter(Membrane) which cost me around total Rs 5120. Later on 9th April my Kent Pristine product was not working so i have created a request[protected] in the Apps and the technician visited and informed that the RO membrane is not working. Since it completed 3 months warranty just 2 days back so i requested him to replace at no cost because it hardly 2 days more. He informed to please reach out to kent customer care if they are ok I can replace at no charge. I did speak to customer care & requested but no help, even I raised a service request (## RE - 306500##) for it but no response. How can a part which is so costly will not work after 3 months, they say this part will run for minimum 1 year.
Request you to please help to get this faulty part replace without charges.
