[Resolved] Kent RO — Faulty Kent Ro water purifier | |||||
We purchased Kent RO purifier last year and since the time of installation it got faulty many times. Even we purchased and replaced membrane as per service agent's advice. But still it is getting once in a week. Now we want to replace complete machine as we observed there is some manufacturing problem with the machine. we are fed up of calling customer care again and again. Sometimes they are not providing us services due to Sunday or holiday which creates a big problem for us. Being 2-3 days without water facility is very difficult and we have to arrange drinking water from outside sources even after spending a huge amount of money on purchasing Kent RO. We want a suitable replacement. we also have current year AMC of the product. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I have registered my complaint number [protected] dated 21/092016. Kent Provide me, Et Jaspreet, [protected] for kent perl service. Mr Jaspreet is a fraud person, every day he said, i am coming within 2 hours, but till date that person has not visited my home. He is harshing me from last 10 days. i will never recommend anybody for kent purchase.
