Within one year of purchase of kent ro, service tech asked for replacement of membrane and all filters. I told him about warranty period . He just cleaned the filter and went back. 2. Now after one year, i requested for service, same agency fellow called up. I requested for another person. 3. This guy came who looking like total ignorant and rude, asked my cook at home that all candles and membrane needs to be changed. 4. I spoke to him and asked if everything was fine why should you need to change membrane. He asked for rs 7000 for service. But later on he did not membrane and took rs1600. 5. Now for every one litre of water it wastes 25 litre of water and lot of moisture inside the cover. 6. Given email to md today. We sell 15 to 20 kent ro every month along with other models. I will stop all kent ro sale henceforth. 7. Udaipur service is worst in india. Was this information helpful? | |||
