Technician visited on 13 august 2016, the technician spent barely 2 minutes and did not do anything. Cleaned the filter external body with cloth and said its done.
Complaint lodged again on 14 august 2016 (Refer complaint request no.[protected].
Technician visited on 17 august 2016, again the technician spent less than a minute and said water pressure was incorrect and he has adjusted now.
None of the technician in both the visits are ready to listen what the problem is and are fooling us.
Understand from the customer care that warranty on some spares is only for 6 month. So i have a strong feeling that it is a deliberate attempt to stretch the issue till 6 months are over from date of installation and then charge the customer.
The problem is that when the filter is full the uv light which should be off as was initially keeps on fluctuating continuously. Some time it stops supplying water.
Please arrange to supply new unit of filter or full reimbursement so that we can buy product from a reliable brand who can provide better service. Was this information helpful? |
