I have purchased KENT RO in Jul-2021. From Jul 2021 - Jul 2022 - filter was changed twice. After that every month the filter change is required. There is a service required every month. The servicing company is saying that there is lot of sediment deposit. However, they are also saying that there is no issue with other customers in our area. Hence, we cleaned the water tank, water pipes of our house. They suggested to install 2nd Iron guard and anti scaling balls, which was also done. But this time also the filter is lasting for only 1-2 months. In fact, we have installed another purifier from another company, which is working fine. I am not able to reach any KENT personnel. Complaint is being routed to the local service desk and we end up paying Rs 500 on an average every month.
