This is to inform you that we have to inform that in July 2020 we have purchased RO so within 8 months motor got damaged which replaced. Today again filter not working we have placed complain[protected] person name manmohan said will come on Tuesday as per the system we said that tomorrow will be holi which will be very problematic for us thn we have received call said why you arrange technical meeting on Tuesday we said your technician said the same which is very wrong false comment.
Again we have called other technical support he came said for filter need to pay1000 rs. Thn my husband talk to the senior said the same
Sir /Mam, this is very bad experience we have purchased the RO of rs 17k again we have to pay as 1 year not yet complete.
