[Resolved] Kent RO — Filters not working from 2 months, raised 3 complaints but no response till now

Hi team,
We are facing an issue with the carbon filters from past 2 months, the technician came and cleaned the filter but no use after 20 days we got the same problem where water stopped coming. The service is so pathetic and we got frustrated like anything. The technician told they will replace it 1 month back, but till now they have not replaced. We are getting the drinking water by going to 2 kms for filling the water tins. We need your immediate assistance to get the filters replaced. This is not what we are expecting from kent which is a very nice brand.
