Kent RO — Fraud dealers. Try to make money from customers in the name of service | |||||
I'm very disappointed with Kent services. Their dealers try to make money in the name of free services. I've requested for servicing of my Kent RO system. My request number is[protected], and any complaint number is[protected]. But their service boy has not done any servicing of the machine, even he has not touched it. He only changed the external filter(pre-filter) and ask us to pay 300 rupees. We asked that the machine is under warranty, but he started giving unnecessary reason that we are changing it from our pocket so you have to pay for this. Also he didn't give us any receipt of that new filter paper. And after that still the TDS of water is very high (55). After that, I complaint about this incident to Kent customer care and ask us to take action against the dealer, because without dealer involvement their service executives can never dare to do this. I also requested to send a new person for servicing. But their customer care person assigned my request to the same person so that again he give some non-sense arguments and try to make some more money in the name of service. It seems that Kent RO company has a policy to give false warranty to their customers and try to make money from them in the name of service. Otherwise they should have to take my complaint seriously. This is my written mail to you, and I need a response within 2 days that what the action you are taking against dealer else I'm bound to go to consumer court.
