This to bring to your notice that I have been assigned to a technician from kent in response to my complain and that person offered me to take AMC for my machine Grand RO water purifier. Trusting the company and its reputation, I took AMC by paying 6100/- from Aqua Service who claim themselves to be associated with Kent. After taking the AMC, i faced some issue with my machine within 2 months . This time when the machine stopped working and the quality of water is also becoming worst I called them for servicing but they didn't answer my call. Then i raised my concern to kent help centre and then a technician appeared yesterday and after checking the machine he said that the parts in the machine are duplicate. I had informed Kent RO area manager but no resolution was provided. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
