Kent RO — fraud resolve status of kent pearl

Dear sir/madam,

I have requested a routine service request from app for my kent pearl. Case id was[protected] and it was raised on 17th september 2019. The status is showing resolved on 19th september 2019. However, the system engineer mr lokan sarkar has not visited my house. This is a fraud resolution of my request for which i have lost 1 service request. This is the second time i am facing this issue.

I don't know how it can be resolved without visiting my house.

I request to take necessary actions regarding this fraud resolve status.

Why the fraud status had shown and who is responsible for this fraud?
What about my 1 service request that I lost because of fault status?
