[Resolved] Kent RO — fraudulent activity by kent service | |
Hi, I got my kent pearl water purifier serviced on 26.07.2017 which includes changing all water filters. It is done by aqua world, bangalore. They charged me rs.2900/- for the entire activity. However a couple of days back my water purifier stopped functioning due to some electricity issue. I called kent service customer care and they send me someone from dynamic ro services, bangalore. The service person came and told me that the filters which have been provided not even 2months back are manufactured in 2016 (Old stock) or are used filters!! Hence i need to change the filters again!! The water quality that we have consumed (Including my 3mths old daughter) for the last 2months is of very bad quality!! I was shocked to hear that and am really worried of the fraudulent activities that this people are doing!! I am attaching my bills for your reference. Nothing can compensate the health hazard that has occurred due to this highly fraudulent activity by you people. However i demand a compensation and an apology from your highest management for this completely unethical and unjustified incident. Hope to hear from you.
