I purchased the RO in March 2021. This is to inform that despite warranty period of four years I have been charged 5k for all filter change at one time. +[protected] Neha and Ritesh pandey [protected] service assistant. I had also taken AMC from Mr Rajesh Sansare and had paid him 5000 just a few months back. Rajesh Sansare +[protected]. This is absolute fraud. I need a clear invoice whether this was genuine and if mr sansare had taken 5000 for AMC from us then why we were charged again. I need a clear reply in 24 hours.
