KENT EXCELL+ MINERAL RO was installed on 13.03.2013 in my apartment. the serial no. is KR[protected]. And still under AMC which was renewed on 11.03.2015.
i am fed up with the amount of service required. already 2 major replacements have been done, the last on 24.12.2014 at a cost of Rs 3450 fr filter replacement. minor repairs are done every couple of months due to frequent breakdowns.
2 day ago i.e. 16.07.2015 it started leaking again and today service engineer(??? highly doubt calibre) came and said filters need to be replaced as they are choked. cost Rs 2500. the so called service engineers are only interested in replacing parts which is profitable for the company.
i am fed up with this product which is of a very low quality. suggest people keep away fm KENT products. i have checked and many acquaintances have had their's replaced with product fm another company
