I would like to share attention of Kent to investigate and take action against the looting happening with poor consumers. Its just a looting racket.
Last 2 years I am getting my AMC done with authorised service centre which is the only option left to the consumers. I felt to go ahead with this and expected a transparency.
Whenever there is a problem engineer visits and suggest parts replacement which is not in service agreement. Initially I never bothered. But last few instances after questioning the service engineer it came out that its a racket.
Kolkata authorised service centre Axis Consumer Services is actually looting customers. I had done my last AMC on 25/5/2016 by paying 4500 and till date not a single service done on the maintenance part.
I registered a complaint Vide complaint no-19166 and after 7 days I called and came to know that the engineer came and found my flat locked. I was shocked to hear the story as my flat is always occupied. Again I registered a complaint vide complaint number 20713 which is already 6 days old and no one turned up.
I have already paid 1290 towards UV change a month back and the same problem happened after 15 days of replacement.
I am planning to move this to Consumer Forum so that I get the consumer right and action against the culprits.
Future customers please be careful in selecting Kent as you might land up in same problem which I am suffering Was this information helpful? |
