I have purchased a Kent Grand Plus Mineral RO on 18.03.2016 (Original Invoice copy and Warranty bill with me). But when I requested a call last week to Kent Customer care for Not Purified water service call Customer Care is tellingthe machine is not under warranty and you have to paid for the service. Customer Care also telling that I have installed that machine on January 2016. If I purchased that machine on March 2016 then how can this possible to install that machine on January 2016?

Updated by joydeepkolkata Please resolve this issue immediately and as all of my family members are suffering elimination disorder for not service us for the last week for purified water from Kent RO you have to compensate for that. And as a compensation you have to changed all cartridges or filters of Kent Gold Plus RO free of cost.

I am not happy with the service. Technician visited my place but not replace my RO filters. I want RO filters replacement as a compensation for my harassment.
