Kent RO — High maintenance cost/ Frequent need to change the filters

Hi,

I am a Kent RO consumer. I have bought the RO in October 2020. The model is KENT Supreme Extra[protected].

Every 3 /4 month we are changing the outer sediment filter, every six months the inline carbon and sediment filter, and after 15 months we had to change the RO membrane.

I think they are making bad spare parts so it will work for less time period and we need to change those frequently. The maintenance is so high.

While buying I was promised that KENT purifiers are like just fit it and forget it. No need to change the spare parts every 3/4 months. I feel betrayed now. I will never suggest anyone buy it. I have spent more than 7000 rupees since I bought it. It is almost half the price at I bought the RO.
