My disappointment with the customer service of KENT keeps increasing.
Yesterday, I received a call from your team promising me that a service agent will get my issue fixed on the same day. I also received a call from a service agent who promised me that he will visit our place in the afternoon.
But he never turned in nor did he has the courtesy to tell me that he will not come in. I had to reach home leaving my work waiting for this so-called service agent/technician, who never arrived.
What a WORST service this is from your team.
I want to escalate it to the highest level in your organization. Please learn how to treat a customer who has been using your product for more than 4 years now. Was this information helpful? |
