[Resolved] Kent RO — Highly unsatisfied | |||
I bought KENT RO grand+ in may 2012. It worked fine 2 years. About a month ago there was some problem. I called service center, after many days of waiting and constant calling, finally the repair man arrived. He didn't know what the exact problem was but eventually replaced the adapter worth rupees 935. The very next day I started observing condensation in the unit which meant leakage. I kept calling the service center again and finally the person turns up again. He says the membrane filter needs to be replaced worth 2500. He said that's the lifetime of the machine. I'm very disappointed I bought such an expensive purifier and now I'm being told that it doesn't last long. I feel cheated by KENT and also by the service man who doesn't clearly tell me the problem. Also most of the time I'm calling the phone is switched off or busy or goes unanswered. Was this information helpful? | |||
