[Resolved] Kent RO — Horrible service..there are more service centres for other appliances but this is the worst experience | |||
Very disappointed with the service..my new kent RO was installed on 28th october, , and one iron filter was supposed to be installed also but since that, , everyday i am calling the service centre and they are saying 'they dont have drilling machine and so cant come for installing'...the entire service centre has only one drilling machine???... Everyday they are saying tomorrow they will come ...tomorrow they will come..but the tomorrow didn't arrived yet.. Very horrible experience ...if the begining is like this, , am worried about the future services.. Was this information helpful? | |||
