Kent RO — Improper servicing | |||
In July, I got the annual servicing done for our Kent RO purifier. The AMC was also started for Rs 5000/-. The agent is named "Raindrops" . However, the technician did not have one of the filters with him, so he said he would come back the following day to replace the same. Since then I have called up the service agents at least ten times, but they have not sent their technician to complete the job in spite of having an AMC. Each time they tell lies that next day technician will come, but nobody turns up. I am fed up of this kind of horrible service by a "reputed brand".
