This is in continuation to my previous complaint against kent ro.
Today kent management sent one engineer to adress my complaint and to find out the malfunction of their product. The purpose of this visit was to resolve the complaint and to see the losses what i lost. But that engieer came and did nothing and after that he was asking for service charge of rupees 300.
Kent sent an engineer their own without my request and wants customer will bear the expenses.
