[Resolved] Kent RO — inefficient technicians | |||
My name is aruna rangaraj, 507, solitaire apartments, maharshi marg, silpa park, kondapur, hyderabad, telangana. The above is my registered address. And my regstd ph no:[protected] I would like to lodge a complaint against your authorised dealers, rs enterprises, kukatpally. They are engaging technically ill-knowledged personnel as their service technicians. The owner or in-charge, harish reddy is very arrogant in his communication. I bought kent grand plus in year 2012. Since then i have been changing the filters every year. Since 2 years, my service calls are being attended by rs enterprises technicians. I got my kent ro reinstalled at my mother's flat (#307) by this guy and subsequently got the filters changed. The very next day, the tank over-flew and the plug got burnt. I got this fixed by the same kittu. Expected that it was fixed. As my mother could not move into her flat #307 till august 17th, we did not know the condition of our kent ro till then. The tank over-flew again. I tried calling rs enterprises office at kukatpally. Out of the 2 numbers in the bill given, one was not being answered, the other number was out of order. I had to register another complaint. But this time i chose ro care, gurgaon. One guy named jeevan visited on 25th august, saw the machine, and said it was perfect. I paid him 300/-. Now the tank again over-flew on 21st of september, and unmindful of this my mother slipped and fell on the floor. She was hurt. Seemingly frustrated, i called that jeevan guy, he said it was messed up by rs enterprises technician, kittu and i should call him. I called kittu, he came and said there was no problem with the machine. I yelled at him as it was the 3rd time the problem cropped up. I told him to bring a senior technician and get it fixed. He asked me to register a complaint for that. I registered again, and one dileep kumar visited and eventually it was found out that the censor was gone. He fixed it. Again i had to pay rs.300 towards service charges. The number given on this bill of yesterday (21st sept) is different. Hence i called to claim that this service should not be charged as the problem is not being fixed since july, 2017. The owner harish reddy talked very arrogantly and insisted on paying service charges as per his company policy. I clearly see only a stupid company policy, but no one cares how the customer is being looted at the cost of inefficient service technicians!!! For the same problem i paid the service charges twice because of the technician's incompetence. Was this information helpful? | |||
