We had bought kent purifier in the year 2018 which is just 2 years back.. And we live in a place where the water purity is much better compared to any other places in india.. The hardness of the water is 140 which is very good as per my knowledge.. Now let me come the actual issue.. Now just after 2 years the purifier stopped working.. And when we called your customer support to rectify the issue the have replaced incline sediment filter, in line carbon filtet, ro membrane flow, ro +uv controller. If this the way your filter works then i would never suggest this product to anyone.. The worst experience.. This has costed me a reinvestment of 6000 rs just within 2 years which is ridiculous.. If you are not going to take action against this and refund the money.. Then i might end up meeting you guys at the consumer court..
