Hai My name is rajesh and my mobile no is I have purchase Kent pearl on 3 days back and the installation was done on Yesterday evening . My RO serial no is KR[protected] .While installing the team was damaged my tiles near the water water tap and the product which was installed was not inline . The dealer who was installed is A qua safe water solution Ambattur Chennai. As a customer I request you please dont encourage this kind of service dealer . and request you to resolve the issue .Here with enclosed installation photos for your reference and further action.
