[Resolved] Kent RO — Intentional delay in RO installation

Bought Kent Grand RO on 19.05.2022 at 1.00 P.M. Dealer took our phone number and said it will be installed by tomorrow. Today morning on 20.05.2022 a person called and took some details on whatsapp for further process and said installation will be done by today. I also requested him to do it by today as I am having a family function on Saturday.However, upon enquiry done by me at 2.49 PM he said it will be done by 21.05.2022. It is seen that despite timely payment my request with RUCKS TRADING Dehradun was raised too late. It's is a sheer harrassment of customers by installation persons which is clearly done intentionally. Kindly look into the matter and place some professional and competent people for such services.
