I called the ro service centre on saturday 30th march on this number[protected]. They conveyed we will send some technician
They asked me to do online complaint
Since the people living there are senior citizens they could not register online.
So the online complaint was registered on 1st april
Till 3 rd april evening 5 o clock no service technician came. So i called the above mentioned number and i had a verbal argument that since 5 days no one has come. First response was technician is on leave.
Second response was our job is only noting the complaint
Third response was talk to mr robin jain
So i spoke to robin jain and a technician came
He said the membrane is choked and has to be replaced.
So i requested to do it on urgent basis as since 5 days there is no drinking water
The person asked me to talk to robin jain both the technician and mr robin said that company has not sent spares so we don’t have it and when it will come we shall replace it.
After arguing again they said the company doesn’t send spares on time.
To make you understand water is an emergency requirement in this scorching summer heat
Each day to leave work make minimum 3 calls is time consuming
