[Resolved] Kent RO — Kent ace - defective product received | |||||
I bought this Kent ace in December of last year and committed a big mistake. I have been a loyal customer of Kent for the past more than 10 years now. My machine was perfectly working and despite the fact that ur own dealer suggested me not to buy Kent (This is what u have earned) I bought Kent Ace . It was a defective product which worked fine only for 2 and a half months and in the month of April, it gave me numerous problems numerous times. I got in touch with ur company person Abhishek Pandey, who has been bluffing me since May first week that my product will be replaced. He has approvals for the same. He is only waiting for a dealer to do billing of Kent ace. He even mentioned that he has stopped doing business with the dealer who I bought the machine from as that dealer is not replacing my machine. I have following Mr. Abhishek Incapable Pandey since then for my product. Numerous calls, numerous mails, numerous what's app-which I will send u a copy of also, still no closure. May, June, July, Aug is gone and Pandey Ji is waiting for Kent ace billing. My question is that I had a perfect machine. I bought Kent ace becoz I never have faced any problem from Kent in the past 10 years. The machine starts giving me trouble in April. It is opened and parts replaced 6 times in a month-I have all complaint numbers also. Now I say that this was a defective product and u have to replace it irrespective of the fact whether it is working fine or not today. After 4 months, Mr Pandey tells me that if it is working fine then we would need a valid reason for replacement. So my suggestion is that now onwards u guys start selling defective pieces to customers. When the customer realises that the product is defective (after use) and asks for replacement, u replace the parts of the product assuring the customer that the replacement is on the way. Then keep bluffing him for 2-3 months and then one fine day ask- we need a valid reason. Do u have one? I also spoke with Mohit Sharma on who then assured me of an action in a day or two but all in vain. As expected no one turned up. Then someone visited and did something in the machine. Again it started working. Then in June July Aug after lot of troubles, I decided to get it changed as it hasn't been working since the day I have bought it. Now in Aug on 24th I file a complaint one more time and get in touch with Asm of noida region Rawat. He assures me that he wud send the best engineer and then there wud never arise a concern. Rajesh comes and tells me that the machine is absolutely fine and it wud work properly. Again it works properly for about a month or so and again starts creating troubles Please see as to how many complaints I have filed in the past 1 year. Nov goes the same way December starts the same way I have been in touch with Rawat-Asm and no one is listening The machine is defective and I need a replacement for the same Now Rawat isn't responding to my calls no revert The machine has completely stopped working because on 22nd December it's wiring also blew. Rajesh -Kent guy is a proof to it Since then I have been buying bottles of water for survival My mother in law has undergone a surgery, I have 3 little kids at home. But no one bothers Even if we ask the contact of any senior, they do not share and don't handle any complaint themselves Please someone guide me as to what shld I do Was this information helpful? | |||||

Kent RO is not working properly, I have complained to the distributor many times but the service is unsatisfactory. The waterflow is very less, it takes two hours to fill a pot .Please send any expert to treat the machine.
