I am presently using kent ace ro for my domestic use, details are as follows

Complaint :
I had bought this ro few months back, off lately i'm facing taste issues with the water.
I have registered the complaint three times by calling on your customer care number and two times on your mobile application. They registered my complaint promising me a quick and prompt solution.
Everytime the complaint gets cancelled by itself and none of your service providers calls me, everytime i recieve a message that your complaint has been addressed and your problem has been resolved.
Which is not true neither a single technician has visited my home nor did i receive any call from anyone.
I believe a company should be equally eager to give after sales services as they are before selling their product.
Give me a solution to it in next 24hrs and don't provoke me to take any harsh steps and let this relationship between a customer and company be good.
I'll be waiting for a solution before things get complicated between us.
