I bought a Kent Crystal star water purifier on 5/12/2022 under a one year warranty from Aurow Marketing, Chennai through Kent customer care.
I used to register a complaint through Kent customer care and got attended for more than 8-9 times right from 10/12/2022 to till date due to two problems mentioned below.
1. 75-150 TDS range, getting a smoke smell.
2. 50-75 TDS if they fix, within four to five days, it went down to less than 50 which is not in the BIS.
Due to this, the following are my problems :
1. My family has been facing illness for the last ten months.
2. I have to take leave from my office
3. The service person got irritated and scolded me for booking a complaint often
4. My family members are also scolding me for having bought this water purifier
5. Spending money on can water even I have RO
6. Because of the above I am stressed very much
Hence kindly take back the machine and give me a refund for the payment which I made to Kent ( Gpay receipt attached).
When I brought the above matter to Email id [protected]@kent.co.in, they replied that I have to coordinate with Aurow marketing boss Mr. Moorthy for refund and when I called Mr. Moorthy, he said that for refund I must contact Kent only. In this scenario, can you please intrude and arrange to take back the machine and refund my money.
