My water filter kent perl is giving frequent trouble. Since yesterday (27.08.2017) it is faulty. No service engineer visited till now even after several request, though the filter is under 3 years amc.
I observed, the service engineers are not very efficient and technically sound. Initially after installation, the filter was working fine, but after one year, after first servicing, it started giving trouble. All the led lamps top of the filter are not glowing, some times water leaking, some times pump not working etc etc. Every time i have to request local call centre and they take their own sweet time (2 to 3days) to send the service engineer. Service engineer used to take the faulty part and replace it after repairing the same after one week or so.
I did a great mistake by purchasing kent ro. Earlier i had aqua-guard water filter (Without ro) and i never experience this type of frequent trouble of the machine. Their after sale service was also very prompt and service engineer is also very efficient.
I request m/s kent to look into customer satisfaction and try to provide good service for the interest of both kent and customer or other wise i have to lodge complain to consumer forum.
