Now today chocker was replaced and beeping sound issue was fixed.
Along with existing issue of green light not working also was fixed
But during filling of water again green light stopped working.
I raised new ticket now.
I purchased kent machine only
2 month back and i m facing lot of prblem.
Total 4 to 5 ticket raised and issue still gets repeting.
The product manufacturing date is 2024.
The old product was supplied to me and after assurance from your end for getting new machine my machine was repaired
Kent dooesnt seems keep there promises to customer.
I am not getting fillter water since 17jun 2026.
Pls make a refund or complete replacement.
I am really disappointed with Kent.
This is really now not acceptable to get replace each and every other item parts replaced.
I have given old mamufactured product of 2024.
Pls replace or refund my money.
