I lodge a service request for my kent water purifier (Kent grand + mro kr[protected] problem to kent customer care on 6th august 2017 they book the complain and provide me a request number[protected]. Request was assigned to mr. Basudeb (Phn-[protected]) and was told it will be addressed within 48 hours. The person never bothered to call me and instead of my repeated calling another person name santu ([protected]) reach my place after 72 hours. He told me to do a amc of rs. 6136/- to replace the faulty parts which i did and wait again for 72 hours to get parts installed and issue rectified on 12th august 2017.
Amc was provided by the company axis consumer services pvt. Ltd (Tin no - [protected]) assuming that mr. Bausdeb and santu are from that organisation. From 15th august 2017 i faced a new problem in my water purifier of water overflow. I called both mr. Basudeb & santu for last two days but no body respond. I need my problem to be resolved as soon as possible.
