Hello, Please go throught the attachments. On 22nd sep 17 friday i got a call from kent (The same girl voice) asking to provide the last free service within warranty. So, i agreed to take the one. Withing few hour the person in attachment 5 (Ph. [protected], he is the friend of the person who have installed the ro) came to my house. My senior citizen father and mother was at home. Immediate after he came to my house he started to check the water and reported that ppm is as high as 300+ and should replace the carbon filter (Which was replaced 2 month back, please see attachment 3), should replace the ro filter (Which is within the warranty but he asked for money) and sediment filter. He asked for total 3500 for that and so my parents denied to pay after asking me over phone. I have a ppm testing meter and so when i came back home i checked the ppm and it was only 105 (As it was at installatiom time). This is the 3rd time the sun services tried to cheat us. Even on[protected] they have charged me rs. 5500/- to repair the product telling no matter what is written in the warranty card the warranty is for only 6 month even for the electronic parts. So i contacted kent via chat and confirmed that the warranty is for 1 year and they have no right to charge any. So after putting pressure and showing the chat they replaced the motor with a very old one telling they provide the new once it is available with them but till date no replacement. So now my point is that when a service center is constantly trying to cheat your customer then why are not you taking any action against them but allowing them to cheat others? If there is any problem with the ro membrane then kent should replace it as it is still under 1 year warranty. Also sending fraud people at home when my age old parents are alone at home is a security matter too. Was this information helpful? | |||
