I had purchased Kent Grand plus RO in 2012. In the first year itself the Low Pressure Switch had to be changed twice. The Kent technician started blaming water supply in our home. Then the Filters started giving complaints one by one. The water pipes started leaking. Now the UV filter assembly gave away. The company Kent is refusing to replace the UV assembly and asking for more money. In 4 years IO have spent much more than the product itself. Every time a part crashes, they ask for money to replace it
The UV assembly leakage has caused whitish powder mixing in water, and the water gives foamy solution. The technician claims that gasket is gone. How can a gasket turn into white powder? I complained to the branch incharge (ASM) Narender in Gurgaon. His attitude is also the same. Pay for everything after 1 year period.
This way the whole unit will crash part by part, and consumer will land up paying more than a lac rupees.
Kent company must be blacklisted from selling any product.
