I am a owner of a kent grand plus mineral ro water purifier.
From the very first month of puchasing the machine, it is creating a lot of problems.
However after completion of the warranty period I made an AMC with "Sunny Traders", a local distributor of kent appliances.
But they are not giving service properly. I am really tired calling them. Recently more or less about 15 days before I had launched one complain over phone that my machine is not working, please attend. But its very unfortunate to say that after several persuations during this 15 days nobody attended my problem even though I have AMC with them.
This is the example of their service.
I am helpless now. Please do something to reactivate my purifier. Was this information helpful? |
