Mr. Manoj Tech Pranim Co ([protected]) come and done the job by fixing old candle. But he charged us Rs.350. We said it should free service, as we received message from Kent. But he said you purchase from on line, your number is not register with us, so you have to charge. We discussed the matter with his boss, and paid. He the tech said if it is free then we return back. After 20 to 25 days passed for his repair. He did not call us or visit our home to return the amount.

What kind of service provider appointed by Kent Co, Kent company should revise this.
