: We have purchased the KENT GRAND RO having sr. no KR[protected] from Vijay Sales, Ghod Bunder Thane west.

I have contacted on phone no [protected] as advised on 21.12.2016 at 14.23 pm, the call lasted for 26 min 40 second and explained my concern to the customer care executive then she transferred the call to Senior Floor Manager named Mr. ShivShankar Kumar and explained my concern to him.During that call Mr. ShivShankar Kumar assured for arrranging a service engineer, s visit by 6.30 pm on same day itself.But no service engineer attended/presented to attend against the service requested.

Since i am not getting any response to my issues again on 22.12.2016 at 10.05 am contracted on phone no [protected] to senior executive Mr. Sudhanshu, as advised registered the complain again, also he assured me a senior technician's visit as early as possible with in 24 hrs.

I am here to explain the to my previous complain no[protected] and we regret to inform you that the service engineer ( other service engineer was not Mr. Deepak Derveshi ) visited the place to service the machine on 17.12.2016 and the service engineer, he himself pointed out to his colleagues previously changed parts, which he was noticed as unnecessary and assured us to visit again on 20.12.2016 with proper solution to my issue.
but he had not come as promised.

Please note, we are using these RO systems for last eight years and only changed the complete new machine once due to our personal reason/requirement.

Once again we are requesting you to send some efficient service engineer to resolve my issue and we cannot wait infinitely after making such huge expenses on your advice.

My complain was on 17.12.2016 regarding the same as under
We have purchased the KENT GRAND RO having sr. no KR[protected]

We are registering complain through this email that, we are facing the same problem of not getting the water from the purifier at required rate ( Only we are getting 3/4 liters of water after operating purifier for 3 hours of it's operation).

We have contacted Genus Enterprises as the agency for providing services on behalf of KENT RO WATER PURIFIER.

Day 1 . On 15.07.2016 One service engineer named as Mr. Deepak Derveshi had attended for the service and suggested us to replace some parts for getting the issue resolved. we have paid him total INR 2300 /-against the replacement of parts.
a. Sediment - INR. 500/-
b. Carbon - INR. 500/-
c. Post - INR. 400/-
d. VF - INR. 600/-
e. Visit charge -INR 300/-
After replacing any paid the above, issues remained the same and we had contacted the service center again .and on 16.07.2016 again the same service engineer named as Mr. Deepak Derveshi attended the machine and suggested to replace some other parts

Day 2 . On 16.07.2016 The same service engineer named as Mr. Deepak Derveshi had attended for the servive and suggested us to replace some other parts for getting the issue resolved. we have paid him total INR 3320/- against the replacement of parts.
a. RO Membrane - INR. 2500/-
b. UV Housing - INR. 820/-
But during installing the purifier he had not made it properly, so the hooks ( clips) hangers to this purifier got broken and that was quite inconvenient for us to handle so we asked the service center to get it ( Tank ) replaced.

Day 3 . On 10.09.2016 One service engineer named as Mr. Deepak Derveshi had attended for the service and replaced the tank to set this PURIFIER on the wall properly.We have paid him total INR 2050/- against the replacement of parts.
a. Grand Tank - INR. 1750/-
b. Visit charge - INR. 300/-
But the problem remains same and we had contacted the service center again.

Day 4 . On 03.11.2016 The same service engineer named as Mr. Deepak Derveshi had attended for the service and this time he suggested us to make the PURIFIER under AMC so that we could get a better service against s PURIFIER.We have paid him total INR 2000/- against the AMC.
a. AMC - INR. 2000/-

But the problem remains same and we had contacted the service center again.

Day 5 . On 05.11.2016 The same service engineer named as Mr. Deepak Derveshi had attended for the service and this time he suggested us to again for replacing the same parts, which he himself changed 3 months back and accordingly we have paid him INR. 1035/- after adjusting the AMC amount as the total billing against replacement of the parts is INR.3035/- for the following services.
a. RO Membrane - INR. 2500/-
b. TDS Valve - INR. 235/-
c. Visit charge - INR. 300/-
d. AMC cancel( adjusted ) - INR. 2000/-

But the problem remains same.

We are attaching all the invoices raised by the you for your review and depute some good efficient service engineer for the same at the earliest.

Today we have contacted service center at 10.37 am on their telephone no [protected] and registered our complain to service center( GENUS ENTERPRISES) over phone and GENUS ENTERPRISES have promised to resolve this issue by sending one efficient service engineer by on that day.Once again we are requesting you to go through the details and take appropriate action as deemed fit.

Purifier is not working as before.The problem is the water is leaking whent the purifier is switched on.The problem is shown in the given video which is not uploaded due to some issues
