Buy kent grand 1.5 yr back cost rs. 17k. During this period around 6-10 times it is repaired. Kent ro have the service center for this ganga ro service center. When ro was not working then they (Ganga ro) service feared us by saying machine is not working and it will required around 3.5k rs to repair instead if that you can take the amc and will repair in that, we takes the amc for cost rs 4200 with the promise to cover all the parts if not working then they will replace. After that a servicer come and replace the filter only of cost 300-400 rs meas they told lie to take the amc. Also with in year 3 times already they provide service and replace some parts. But now at that time they are asking for 3200 rs again for pf part is not working.
What the standard and warranty and service they provide both kent and ganga ro. They are playing with the trust of customer on a company.
Request you to please help with such kind of foolish they have done with us.
