I bought a kent grand star. The machine was installed on nov 12th. Exactly in 10 days and the display is showing a message low ro flow, low minerals.
The service engineer is saying the sensor is defective. How could such an expensive machine have defective product when they are charging a premium compared to other products
They aren’t even willing to replace the product even though during sales they said they would take care of everything with complete replacement. They said that’s the advantage of buying directly compared to online retailers.

We bought the Kent RO product. in Since then, this is the sixth service complain that we've logged.
We were of the opinion that Kent RO systems are t best in India and Kent Supreme is the state of the art system which has been introduced. However we are very dissatisfied with the product and tired of logging the complaint every other day.
First of all, you mention that the Kent Supreme is a zero water wastage product. However every one hour at least 3 buckets of water is wasted. Upon checking with the engineer we were informed that this is just a marketing strategy and the water will be in any case wasted.
Secondly, every couple of days. The product dies down and does not provide water.
This is the 5th time a part has been replaced.
This is utter nonsense, the service is provided only until the warranty period. I'm sure this RO would be a complete waste after the warranty period even though it still is.
